Reg Skelton, a retired council worker from the UK, has dressed up his TGA Vita scooter with some of the livery of his favorite car and race team in the world:  Ferrari.  With the Prancing Horse emblems, stylish wheels that recall some of their roadcars, and pneumatic tires, these subtle modifications bring a sense of style that many people would be more than happy to have on their own scooters and wheelchairs.  I just wonder if it comes it Rossa Corsa.
